Sixth Annual Prom Project

Beginning Monday, March 17, Girl Talk Foundation, Inc., a character-building program for girls ages 11-16, will be collecting beaded gowns and party dresses (new and slightly used) for girls in need as part of the Sixth Annual Prom Project.

Girls will get to choose their gowns at a makeshift boutique designed by students from The Art Institute on Saturday, April 12 at ImaginOn.  Girls interested in receiving a gown must register at www.girltalkfoundationinc.com  or call the Girl Talk office at 704.335.5885. 

Dress donations are tax-deductible, and can be dropped off between March 17 and April 10 at various locations, including:

  • South County Regional Library, (5801 Rea Road, Charlotte)

  • Morrison Regional Library, (7015 Morrison Boulevard, Charlotte)
