Victoria and Frederick for President
The world premiere of “Victoria and Frederick for President,” the story of Victoria Woodhull, America’s first female stockbroker, who ran for president in 1872, along with vice presidential candidate Frederick Douglass, a former slave, will be presented as part of Winthrop University’s Create Carolina Arts Festival today.
