Always...follow your heart. Don’t conform to what everyone else wants you to do. You have to make decisions that are right for you and your life.

If I could do it all over again: I would have traveled in college when the opportunity arose. It is so hard to travel once you settle down. You feel like you have so many responsibilities that need to come first.

I’d like to learn to: Speak another language. There are plenty of times when Spanish would come in handy at work.

Words I live by: I had a cross-country coach that once shared the quote with us: “The journey is the reward.” I still have that quote on the little piece of paper he gave us.

If I could be totally wild, I would: I would be a dancer. I love how uninhibited you feel when you dance.

Something most people don’t know about me: I am very silly around the house. I love to run around and sing very loud.

My favorite body part: My hands.

My work: Being in the cosmetics industry really gives me a great mix of the things that I love. I love working for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics because it makes you feel like you are a part of a family. We are all about celebrating women and their natural beauty.

My passion: Right now is being a successful wife. I think that this is such an important role for me. I was raised to be independent, and I was, but now in my life I have someone else to care for.

My hometown: Spartanburg, S.C. It is a town where everybody knows everybody!
